Troy Lohmann
Landscape Maintenance Professional with 15+ years of landscape maintenance experience. Started in the industry in 2010 as the Sales and Marketing Director in Sothern CA, then moved back home where I continued to follow my passion for the landscape industry. I have put in a lot of time, effort, schooling, and training throughout the years and worked up from an Account Manager, to Director of Landscape Maintenance, Business Development, and to my current position as the Branch Manager of Colorado Springs with Nature’s Workforce. My beliefs are to work hard, teach and guide my crews to better their work habits, and provide superior customer service to all clients. This in turn has come back to benefit everyone as this hasprovided great contract retention rates, new sales (contracts and enhancements), and building a great team with Nature’s Workforce.
Griffin Bell
As a seasoned designer in our Residential Design Build Division since 2017, my journey has been incredibly educational. I’ve not only honed my skills in the field but also contributed to the successful completion of complex projects. My rise to the title of Division Manager within two years was a testament to my dedication and leadership skills. Under my guidance, our Design Build Division achieved remarkable success, culminating in the completion of numerous high-end homes and boutique commercial projects with respected General Contractors across the state. However, in 2021, CDI refocused on commercial opportunities, and I seamlessly transitioned into an Account Manager role in our Commercial Maintenance Division. My exceptional communication and design capabilities soon made an impact, enabling me to advance to business development. Presently, I oversee the Denver North region and all in- house designing, maintaining my pivotal role at CDI & Nature’s Workforce.
